The Open Space Counselling Blog

As part of my Open Space Counselling business, I feel compelled to write reflective blogs each month. This is, in part, because I like to write; I have always found it cathartic as it helps me process theories, thoughts and plans. I also hope that those considering counselling or looking for self-help strategies will find it helpful for me to explore some of the challenges I regularly come across in my practice.
