
The Open Space Counselling Blog
As part of my Open Space Counselling business, I feel compelled to regularly write reflective blogs. This is, in part, because I like to write; I have always found it cathartic as it helps me process theories, thoughts and plans. I also hope that those considering counselling or looking for self-help strategies will find it helpful for me to explore some of the challenges I regularly come across in my practice. By reading my blogs, it might help you get a better sense of me too, which can help you decide if I am the right counsellor for you to work with.

I appreciate that not everyone feels ready or able to access counselling but I am passionate about wanting to help people thrive in life. I know that self-help resources will never replace the therapeutic connection between the client and counsellor, but I do believe that psycho-education can also promote personal growth. So, in addition to writing regular blogs, I am also gradually building up an online toolkit of wellbeing resources. They are completely free to access and I do hope you find them helpful.
